Architectural style

Villa Merce is a traditional and secluded four bedroom Mallorcan villa.

This villa is full of history as the original turret dates back to the 13th century. 

Inside

Spacious but cosy living/dining room with steps up to a separate television area. A second sitting room is found in the tower.

Ground Floor: Sitting room with dining area opening to courtyard, TV room, Kitchen with breakfast bar opening to courtyard with outside kitchen and barbecue.

Outside

The sheltered central courtyard with outside kitchen and barbecue and the soft seating area with panoramic sea views. Delightful dining terrace is perfect for al fresco dinners.

Steps lead down from the villa to the lovely private heated pool (12.5m x 5m, with built in steps) surrounded by flower-filled gardens.

There is a tennis court on the estate.

Bedrooms:

Each bedroom is complete with en suite bath or shower room. The bedrooms offer plenty of privacy, with the master bedroom occupying the first floor, the second double bedroom found in the tower, and a twin room in the annexe. A further bedroom has been added for the upcoming season.

Tower: Steps up from dining area into tower with shower room. The staircase continues up the tower to the next level with sitting room with TV and day bed. The staircase continues up to double bedroom with cloakroom on the next level up.

First floor: Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite with bath and separate shower.

Annexe: across from the courtyard Twin bedroom with shower room en suite.

Lower level: Twin bedroom with shower room en suite. This bedroom is accessed by an external staircase and is underneath the bedroom above.

Kitchen:

 On the ground floor there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with rustic touches.

Prices are based on villa only however, this villa can also be on a catered basis - individual meals or all inclusive. Please ask for further details.
