Location

In Peurto Pollença, close to the beach. 

Approximately 1 Km after entering Puerto Pollensa, is a sign “La Vinya” which leads to a small way away from the main road. At the end of this path is the house “La Vinya”.

Surrounded by nature and some olive trees - the house is in a quiet place away from the louder roads.

Architectural Style

Traditional Mallorcan villa. 

Outside

There is a large area at the front of the house for cars.

Sliding doors from the sitting-dining area lead to the terrace with sofas and a dining area.

There is also a swimming pool (9×4.5×1.5) and the large barbecue next to the terrace. 

Inside

The hall is spacious and very high. There is a sitting room with a TV and a dining room. The spacious sitting room offers views to the country side and to the pool.

Bedrooms

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom with a shower.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite and the other one with bath. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and electric hoven.

Pool towels, Air conditioning in all rooms, Covered terrace, BBQ, Wi-Fi*, Satellite TV, CD player, DVD player, Table tennis, Washing machine, Dryer.

Staff

Daily cleaning except on Sundays. Bath and Pool towels are changed daily. Bedsheets are changed after one week.
