Location

Set in a country road leading from the Old Town of Pollença towards Alcudia and approximately seven minutes drive from both.

Outside

The gardens and outside space are particularly well-designed with large lawns, an abundance of olive trees, pomegranates, figs and almond trees and lots of flowers and herbs in the summer.

There is a fabulous brick-built barbecue on the vine-covered terrace at the side of the villa and a table-tennis table on the lawn.

The pool is a generous size (8m x 4mPool Depths: min 0,90m – 1.50m max. Not heated) and is very private here in the gardens at the back of the villa.

There is also ample parking space at the front of the villa.

An exterior utility room on the back terrace houses the washing machine and a handy exterior WC.

Inside

The villa is an elegant combination of traditional and modern design, with large and high-ceilinged rooms with open rafters, white walls and dark wood furniture.

There is an amazing double-height dining room on the ground floor with a wood-burning stove for cooler evenings in early or late season.

French doors lead onto the covered terrace and also onto a vine-covered terrace at the side of the villa. Stairs with fully-fitted stairgates (both at the top and bottom) lead up to a mezzanine lounge with TV, DVD and a CD stereo player.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms in total, two twin bedrooms are on the ground floor and share a separate family bathroom with full-size bath and overhead shower.

Upstairs is a double bedroom and a third twin bedroom. These also share a separate family bathroom again with full-size bath with overhead shower.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning and heating.

Kitchen

On the ground level is the pretty country kitchen with granite surfaces and full appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave.

Doors from the kitchen open out onto the large covered terrace which overlooks the gardens and pool.

Staff

Every other day cleaning and towel change (except on Sundays). Bedsheets are changed once per week.
