There is a shared tennis court with the adjoining villa, a covered porch opening on to the terrace, a swimming pool (10mx4.5x) , a dining area, seating area, table tennis and a portable BBQ. The pool can be heated at an additional cost. The saltwater pool max temperature is 25 degrees.

Inside

There is a laundry room, guest toilet, a billiard table area opening up to the living area and a large dining area, opening up to the exterior and pool area.

The living area has a smart TV and an Apple TV. 

Bedrooms

There is one twin bedroom on the ground floor and four twin bedrooms on the first floor, all with en suite shower rooms.

All bedrooms have twin beds, they can be pushed together  to make a double.  

Kitchen

A fully equipped Baulthup kitchen.

Please note there is a €2.20 Tourism Tax per person, per day. This applies to anyone over the age of 16, staying at the villa.

Staff

Maid service is once per week. This is a mid week visit. Included is a light cleaning of bathrooms and towel change, pool towels are not changed.

Additional maid service can be arranged at a cost of €25.00 per hour at a minimum of four hours.  

Any additional maid service needs to be reserved in advance.
