Outside

There is a swimming pool (10mx4.5m) and a shared tennis court between this and the adjoining villa. There is also a BBQ room with a wood oven, plus a pergola with day beds.

The ping pong table is also shared with the other property. The saltwater pool, maximum temperate when heated, is 25 degrees.

Inside

There is a living room and a dining area, A cinema room with projector and a 65" TV screen, open seating area with direct access to the exterior, a guest toilet and a utility room.

There is a pool table which is located in the hall area downstairs. 

Bedrooms

On the upper floor, there is a master twin bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and another twin bedroom with a 360º terrace with a dining and seating area.  

On the lower floor, there are two twin bedrooms and a larger twin bedroom as a second master room with direct access to the exterior and pool area. All bedrooms have en suite shower rooms.

All the beds are set up with single sheets, the beds can be pushed together and made up as doubles.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Please note there is a €2.20 Tourism Tax per person, per day. This applies to anyone over the age of 16, staying at the villa.

Staff

Maid service is once per week. This is a mid week visit. Included is a light cleaning of bathrooms and towel change, pool towels are not changed.

Additional maid service can be arranged at a cost of €25.00 per hour at a minimum of four hours.  

Any additional maid service needs to be reserved in advance.
