Outside

There is a covered terrace with seating area, and ample dining area. A Large lawn area, swimming pool (8mx3m, max depth 2.20m, min depth 1.10m), a vegetable plot and a charcoal barbecue.

Inside

There is a spacious entrance hall, living room, a guest toilet, laundry room, large dining area with two square tables and access to the large terrace and pool area. Please note this property has limited TV channels.

You can also have breakfast service - 15€ per person, Lunch or Dinner - 3 courses 45€ per person (excludes drinks)

Bedrooms

On the ground floor there is a large double bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and access to the exterior.

On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, each with a private terrace, full en-suite bathrooms with separate showers, walk in wardrobe and there is the master bedroom with small living/office area, full en-suite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and large terraces with views onto the pool area and village of Selva.  

There is a TV in each bedroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with access to a vegetable plot.

Please note there is a €2.20 Tourism Tax per person, per day. This applies to anyone over the age of 16, staying at the villa.

Staff

Maid service is once per week. This is a mid week visit. Included is a light cleaning of bathrooms and towel change, pool towels are not changed.

Additional maid service can be arranged at a cost of €21.78 per hour at a minimum of four hours.  

Any additional maid service needs to be reserved in advance.
