Guests can use Sugar Hill facilities including a clubhouse with large pool, restaurant, gym and members lounge, as well as the first class David Lloyd tennis facilities.

Guests also become members of the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club and have use of the private facilities which offer sunbeds, restaurant/beach bar and water sports.

Outside

The house has a mature tropical garden with a fifteen metre freeform, infinity-edge pool with a slide to a lower pool. There is also a Jacuzzi, pool gazebo with bar and informal dining area with barbecue.

A large covered terrace with a dining and louge area is located adjacent to the indoor living area. Below the pool deck there is a kids playhouse with table football, table tennis, basketball net and darts.

The property also has a detached two bedroom cottage with a shower room and kitchenette.

Inside

The entrance of the house is over a wooden bridge crossing a lily pond. The main living area has access doors to the covered terrace with a seating and dining area.

There is a media room with CD, VCR, DVD player, satellite TV and 42" plasma screen. There is also a separate study/library.

Bedrooms

There are six bedrooms, four in the main house and two in the cottage. There are five bathrooms in the main house.

The master bedroom and second bedrooms have king beds. The third and fourth bedrooms both have twin beds.

The fifth and sixth bedrooms are located in the cottage, both with twin beds and a shared bathroom.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob/stove and a dishwasher.
