When you first gaze upon Illusion, it’s like being in a waking dream; twin staircases, straight out of a Hollywood movie, majestically sweep down from a Romanesque covered terrace supported by noble pillars.

A glittering turquoise pool leads your eye past twin gazebos to the garden; and beyond the whispering palms (where you’ll find your very own private putting green), the velvety blue of the Caribbean beckons you.

Location

Situated at the Sugar Hill Estate, St James. Approximately ten-minute drive to Holetown or Speightstown for shopping. Guests have access to the Sugar Hill Beach Facility located at The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.

Outside

The property has a mature tropical garden with a swimming pool and sunloungers. There are two gazebos located on each side of the pool, one has an outdoor kitchenette and the other has an informal dining area.

There is a covered terrace on the ground level with a seating area as well as a covered terrace on the first floor with a seating area overlooking the swimming pool and a private Huxley putting green on the property.

Inside

There is an open plan living room equipped with a large flat screen TV with cable TV, DVD player, Bose surround speakers and a bar and with arched doors that open out onto the pool deck.

There is also a spacious formal dining room with a large glass table that seats twelve, with folding glass doors that open up to a balcony. Plus, there is a media room.

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms with king size beds, air conditioning, private covered terraces, ensuite bathrooms and security safes.

Kitchen

There is a fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
