The property is set on 1.5 acres with tropical gardens, an infinity edge swimming pool, jacuzzi, a tennis court and a pool pavilion with a wet bar and a barbecue.

There is a covered lounge and seating terrace as well as a covered dining terrace. The villa also has a Guest Cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a shaded patio by the swimming pool.

Inside

The living area is open plan and has a piano, detailed wooden mirror and three large doors that open out onto the covered terrace displaying a lounge and dining area.

There is also a family room with state of the art video/audio entertainment.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms in the main house each with air conditioning, a balcony, and ensuite bathrooms.

Each room has a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and dressing room. Their are three master bedrooms with king beds, a private balcony and a tub/shower ensuite.

The fourth bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony with a shower ensuite. The fifth bedroom is in the cottage and has twin beds that can be converted to a king with a tub/shower ensuite.

The sixth bedroom also in the cottage has twin beds that can be converted into a king with an ensuite shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and has a central island and access to covered dining terrace.
