In the Sugar Hill Resort. Porters, St. James. Sugar Hill is approximately a ten minute drive to Holetown or Speightstown.

The property has mature gardens with a lagoon swimming pool, sunloungers and an adjacent dining gazebo.

There are two covered terraces, one on the ground floor with a dining and lounge area. The second runs along the first floor with seating and casual dining area with sea views. There is also a cottage with a bedroom.

Inside

There is open plan living space with seating and a media area with stone walls and access to the covered terrace.

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms in the villa, four are in the main house and one is in the cottage. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and displays a king bed with a bath and shower ensuite.

The second bedroom is on the first floor, has twin beds which can be made up as a king with a shower en suite.

Bedroom three is a queen bedroom with air conditioning. The fourth is located on the ground level and has a king bed with an shower ensuite.

The fifth bedroom is located in the cottage also with a king size bed with a shower ensuite.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances.
