Starting with a grand entrance hall that effortlessly lead firstly onto a beautiful living sace and a handsome dining area, then ever onwards to a terrace, where al fresco dining and seating areas command a splendid view of the pool.

Location

In St Peter, a quarter mile from shopping/supermarket facilities in Speightstown and five miles from Holetown.

Colonial style house, wooden shtter, wooden floors and stone floors.

Outside

The property has a mature tropical garden with a swimming pool and a large terrace area that runs along the ground level with a dining and living area overlooking the pool and gardens.

Through the garden, there is a gate that leads diretly onto the beach.

Inside

The villa has a spacious entrance hall with seating areas that leads into the living and dining areas. From there access doors open out onto a terrace with al fresco dining areas, as well as lounge areas overlooking the pool.

There is also a TV room with plasma screen TV and surround sound, located on the ground level.

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms, four are located on the first floor and the fifth is located on the ground level. All bedroom suites include ensuites and air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a king bed, the second, third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and the fifth bedroom has a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob/stove and a dishwasher.
