There are landscaped grounds with a 45" infinity edge swimming pool and sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a outdoor seating area which includes a pizza oven, barbecue, bar and a lounge area.

Inside

A spacious lounge area is located on the ground floor with a bar which extends onto the covered terraces and sundeck. There is also a living room on the first floor with seaviews.

The media room includes a 60” flat screen TV and the property provides fast speed Wi-Fi throughout. Additional amenities include a pool table and a DVD library.

Bedrooms

There are five ensuite bedrooms that include air conditioning, security safes, flat screen TV, DVD players, and iPod docking stations.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a king bed and a balcony with sea views.

The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a king bed (two twins). The third bedroom is on the ground floor with a king bed (two twins) and a patio.

The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, has a king bed and a patio. The fifth bedroom also on the ground floor has a king size bed and a terrace with sea views.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances and a breakfast area.
