Take a stroll round the sumptuous interior of St Helena and you'll notice that the elegant décor constantly returns to the theme of greenery, flowers, tropical blooms and nature's bounty.

Step outside and that theme comes to life before your eyes; the beautifully maintained garden is a glorious cornucopia of greens in every shade and hue.

Flowers and shrubs provide the perfect emerald frame for the sapphire-blue sea and beyond. This is Eden indeed!

Within the garden area is a generously proportioned pool with adjacent fountain and the gardens can be comfortably viewed in all their glory from the formal covered dining area, which generously seats no less than 14 guests.

Location

Beachfront location at Old Queens Fort, St James. Just a few minutes drive to the shops, bars and restaurants of Holetown.

Outside

The villa has mature tropical gardens with a large swimming pool and an adjacent water fountain. There is a covered formal dining area overlooking the gardens as well as a covered casual dining/lounge area overlooking the pool.

By the pool, there is al fresco dining as well as a bar entertaining area. A dining gazebo is located in between the villa and the beach.

There is also a cottage on the property with a kitchen, living room and three ensuite bedrooms.

Inside

There are two lounge areas, leading out to a covered dining patio overlooking the garden.

Bedrooms

There are eight bedrooms, five located in the main house and three located in the cottage. In the main house, there is a master bedroom with a king bed with a bath/shower ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds and a bath/shower en suite.

The third and fourth bedrooms have king beds with shower ensuites and the fifth bedroom has twin beds with a shower ensuite. All the first floor bedrooms open out to a veranda equipped with a bar and relaxing lounge area.

In the cotttage, there is a master bedroom with a king bed with shower ensuite. The second bedroom has twin beds with a shower ensuite and the third bedroom has twin beds with a bath/shower ensuite. All twin beds can be made up as kings.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob/stove and a dishwasher.
