Situated on the Sandy Lane Estate, on the golf course, minutes from the Sandy Lane Beach where you have use of a private cabana and tennis courts.

Outside

The property is private and not overlooked with a swimming pool, a covered pool side gazebo with a lounge and bar with a state of the art music system. There is also a covered al fresco dining area alongside the swimming pool.

Inside

There is a spacious living room on the ground floor with access doors to the pool terrace and gardens. There is also a media room which includes the latest audio and visual equipment.

Bedrooms

There are five bedrooms. The master bedroom spans over the entire first floor with a king size bed with an en suite bath/shower and east/west facing balconies with views of Sandy Lane Golf Course and the sea.

The remaining four bedrooms are on the ground level. The second bedroom has king size bed with en suite shower.

The third bedroom has a king size bed with en suite shower and a patio, the fourth and fifth bedrooms have king size beds and en suite bath/shower rooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, an island and a separate dining room area.
