Location

On the Sandy Lane Estate, overlooking the eighth hole of the Sandy Lane Estate golf course. The beach is a few minutes drive from the villa.

Outside

The villa is private with a mature garden and a Japanese mosaic swimming pool and jacuzzi. On the ground floor there is a covered terrace with a dining and living area, as well as two gazebos around the pool.

There is also a self-contained cottage with a kitchen, living area and two bedrooms with a patio and plunge pool.

Inside

A spacious open plan living and dining room with access doors that open out onto a covered terrace with a dining and lounge area overlooking the pool and gardens.

There is also a TV room with satellite television and DVD player.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms in the main house, three are ensuites, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king 'Tempur' four-poster bed, a private balcony, dressing room and a bathroom with separate shower.

The second bedroom has a king bed, the third has twin beds and bedroom four has a double bed. The cottage has a king and a twin bedroom. All ensuites have a bath and shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances.
