The villa has mature gardens with a swimming pool an an adjacent dining gazebo. There is a large covered encircling terrace with a bar, a dining and lounge area which overlooks the pool.

The villa also has an adjoining guest cottage with an open plan kitchen, dining/living area and two bedrooms with a covered lounge terrace. The cottage also includes a gym.

Inside

There is a cinema room, dining room with access doors to the covered lounge terrace and a formal living area with access to the terrace and gardens.

Bedrooms

The villa has five bedrooms, three are located in the main house and two are in the cottage. All suites have marble bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed, ensuite and a lounge area with a tv/media area. The second bedroom and the third bedroom are located on the ground floor, both have king beds and ensuites.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located in the cottage, both having twin beds and ensuites.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a laundry area.
