The property has mature tropical gardens with a large swimming pool with sunloungers and seating areas.

There is a large covered terrace that runs along the ground level with a dining area and a lounge which overlooks the pool and gardens.

Inside

The villa has a beautifully decorated living space with access doors to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining and lounge area equipped with Satellite TV, video, and stereo facilities.

Adjoining the living area is a formal dining room with access to the garden.

Bedrooms

There are six bedrooms which are tastefully decorated, all with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king size bed and access doors that open out onto a large terrace with views of the garden and the ocean.

The second and third bedroom are located downstairs, both with king beds.

The fourth bedroom downstairs has twin beds which can be put together.

The fifth bedroom has a king bed and the sixth bedroom has twins which also can be put together, all bedrooms downstairs have access to the grounds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances.
