Outside

From the living and dining area, patio doors lead you to the garden and swimming pool terrace where there is a ceramic gas barbecue, an outside shower, sun loungers, umbrellas and a dining table for al fresco meals.

The swimming pool measures approximately 9mx5m and can be heated upon request. The garden is mostly laid to lawn and is surrounded by colourful shrubs and pine trees.

Inside

The villa is set out over two floors. There is a dining area open to the living area, a laundry room, a cloakroom and a games area.

The dining area is furnished with a table which seats up to eight persons.

The living area has two cream sofas, a DVD player, a flat screen TV with free view UK channels system and a Portuguese cable system. On the basement level there is a pool table.

Bedrooms

The accommodation comprises four bedrooms all with ensuite facilities. On the ground floor there are three twin bedrooms (two bedrooms with two twin beds together and one bedroom with two twin beds separated).

On the first floor is the master double bedroom, with a separate closet and a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a separate large walk in shower.

All the bedrooms have a balcony and are equipped with flat screen TV's and free view UK channels.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
