The main pool measures approximately 5m x 12m and the shallow pool area off the main pool measures approximately 3.5m x 4m.

The pool can be heated upon request. There is also a terrace with a gas BBQ, a dining table and patio furniture.

Inside

There is a dining room and a living room with a comfy seating area. Double patio doors lead to the poolside terrace and a TV lounge with a large flat-screen TV, cable and satellite channels. There is also a Blu-ray DVD player and a Bose surround-sound system.

On the lower level of the villa there is a laundry room.

Bedrooms

All the bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and have en suite bathrooms or shower rooms.

The first two bedrooms both have double beds, as well as en suite shower rooms.

Bedroom three has doors to the terrace and an en suite with large walk-in shower.

The fourth bedroom is a twin room with doors to the side gardens and an en suite with large walk-in shower.

Bedroom five is the master bedroom with a double bed and doors to the side terrace and a large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.

Kitchen

The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes a dining table seating up to ten people.
