This villa to rent is located in a quiet residential area of Vilamoura, walking distance to a sports and leisure centre and a short drive from the beach, golf courses and the Vilamoura Marina where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

Outside

From the living area, there are patio doors that lead to the pool terrace where you will be able to find garden furniture such as a dining table for eight persons ideal for outdoor meals, sun loungers, an outside shower, a built in charcoal barbecue and a rectangular swimming pool (8mx4m).

The garden is mostly laid to lawn and there are some pine trees offering natural shade. For children there is also a swing set.

Inside

The villa is set out over two floors. On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen and the dining and living area.

In the dining area there is a dining table ideal for eight persons and the living area has two large sofas, a flat screen TV equipped with free view UK channel system and a DVD player.

Bedrooms

The accommodation comprises four en suite bedrooms. On the lower floor there are two twin bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and the other with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower only.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of them is the master bedroom and has a balcony and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, the other room has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower only.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Staff
