This house was completely remodelled in 2019 with its blue shutters recreating the typical houses of the Algarve.

Outside:

Everything has been thought out in detail in the garden, which has 5 fixed double sun loungers so that guests can make the most of the sun of our Algarve.

There is a large swimming pool, garden, 5 double and fixed sun loungers and 4 parasols, sofa set, dining table for 10 people and charcoal barbecue.

It has 3 parking spaces in front of the house on Moroccan gravel, giving the appearance of a beach house upon arrival.

Inside:

On the ground floor is the American-style living room with an open-space kitchen, spacious and airy, and a dining room for 10 people.

The living room is composed of a sofa, LCD and cable TV with access to the patio with outdoor furniture on the terrace area.

It has a central alarm system inside and thinking about the environment, there are silent electric fans that can be used for cold and hot, however, all rooms have air conditioning installation. 

It has interior wooden doors, tiled floors from Santa Catarina, giving it its own unique character.  

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with en suite shower, air conditioning and electric fan (hot and cold).

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with en suite shower, air conditioning and electric fan (hot and cold), access to terrace and garden. WC.

On the first floor of the house there are the other 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with en suite shower, balcony, air conditioning and electric fan (hot and cold).

Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with en suite shower, balcony with pool view, air conditioning and electric fan (hot and cold).

Bedroom 5: Two single beds with en suite shower, garden view, air conditioning and electric fan (hot and cold). Area with sofa and balcony called "Winter" room.

In some of the bathrooms there are typically rustic doors combined with the comfort and modernism of the room where her wardrobes came from one of the owner's trips to China.

Fully equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances.
