The villa is set on two levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen, the dining room, the lounge, a cloakroom and three bedrooms.

On the first floor, there are a further two bedrooms and a private terrace. 

The comfortable and spacious lounge has an open fireplace, a flat-screen TV equipped with an English spoken language channel system and a DVD player.

From the lounge you can access the pool and garden terrace through the patio French windows.

Bedrooms

The accommodation on the ground floor is composed of a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom and two twin bedrooms that share a shower room.

On the first floor is the master en-suite double bedroom with a king-size double bed and access to a balcony with fantastic sea views.

Still on the top floor is a small twin en-suite bedroom which has access from the exterior of the house through the private terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven and toaster.

It's also an open plan to the dining room which has a large glass window so you can appreciate the garden views.
