Hillcrest is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac at the back of the Quinta Verde resort. Close to Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and the town of Almancil.

The architectural style is traditionally modern.

Outside:

The secure garden has lawns, a heatable pool (extra cost), electronic pool cover, 8 sun loungers, a covered bbq and dining area and a water feature, electric gates.

Inside:

The welcoming entrance hall has a TV lounge to the left, the kitchen, a twin bedroom, guest w.c and stairs leading downstairs to the basement that includes a further bedroom and upstairs to 3 further bedrooms.  The villa has contemporary details, furnishings and electronic shutters throughout.

Bedrooms:

On the first floor there is a master double with an en-suite shower room, UK TV, and a private terrace with countryside views.

There is a second master double with an en-suite bathroom.  This bedroom has a UK TV, balcony and the fitted wardrobes house the safe.

Bedroom three on the first floor is also a double with an en-suite shower room.

The ground floor has the fourth bedroom which can be a double or a twin.  This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

The fifth bedroom is located in the basement.

Kitchen:

An excellent fully equipped kitchen/dining room with a central work station.  Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, AEG coffee maker.

Basement:

The basement houses the laundry, office, TV room, cinema room, exercise bike, pool table and a bar with 2 fridges, an ice machine and a dishwasher.

Other Information:

Hillcrest has air conditioning throughout (ducting system), electronic shutters, pool towels, safe, wi-fi*, surround sound system, country

views, electric entrance gates, electric pool cover and a heatable pool (additional cost).
