Inside

As you go in through the main front door you can access different parts of the property such as the kitchen, the main living/dining area and an office.

On the right side of the entrance hall you can also find a cloakroom. The open living/dining space has French windows to the first pool terrace.

The corridor that leads you to the kitchen has a lift and also stairs so you can reach the first floor and the lower floor.

Air-conditioning is available throughout the villa.

Outside

This luxury villa has a sun terrace, gas BBQ, Turkish bath, swimming pool (10mx6m) and a jacuzzi. 

Bedrooms

On the left side of the entrance hall there are three double, en-suite bedrooms. One of the rooms is the master bedroom which gives access to the pool terrace.

You can either walk down the stairs or go by the lift - then you will reach the garage and laundry area, a well-equipped gym surrounded by glass and you can reach the other three bedrooms.

Two en suite and one with a separate shower room and an open space combining games and bar area and a huge screen TV. The games room has a tennis table and a snooker table.

Two of the bedrooms are double and one is a twin which can also be converted as a double upon request. These two en suite bedrooms share a balcony with a table and chairs.

From here there are some stairs, that can also be accessed from the exterior of the house that takes you to a second swimming pool (12mx6m and can be heated upon request) and the garden.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, coffee maker and a microwave.
