There is a terrace with shaded areas and comfortable seating, a covered dining area with charcoal and gas BBQ and a swimming pool (15mx6m). There is also a separate Jacuzzi (heated for a weekly supplemental charge), spacious landscaped gardens, which includes a gazebo area and a fish pond.

Inside

There is a grand entrance hall with a spiral staircase leading to the first floor and a spacious living area with a fireplace which opens up to sitting area and open plan dining room.

There is also a separate TV and office room, consisting of a large flat-screen TV with a wide range of satellite channels and a Blu-ray DVD player.

Bedrooms

On the first floor is the master double bedroom, a twin bedroom with a private terrace and double bedroom.

On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms. All bedrooms are en suite.

Kitchen

There is a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with an eating area. Appliances include an American fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, gas hobs, oven, juicer and sandwich toaster. Plus, there is a breakfast table for eight people.
