Villa Silva is situated in Quinta do Lago and close to all the amenities for a perfect holiday. Golf, beaches, shopping and restaurants.
This 5 bedroomed villa is ultra-modern in style.
Silva has a contained garden with views to the golf course, Quinta South, 5th. A beautiful dining area with a gas bbq, drinks fridge, a green egg bbq and pizza oven.
The ground floor pool can be heated (extra cost). There is also a pool on the first floor and a small pool on the rooftop. The rooftop also has 2 fridges and a sink. Table tennis.
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with ceiling-to-floor windows to view the ground floor pool, garden, BBQ and dining areas.
The master bedroom is situated on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom and a shower. There is also a further double bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower room.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with en-suite shower rooms.
The 5th bedroom is in the basement and has an en-suite shower room. This bedroom can be made as 2 singles or a double.
The kitchen area has all modern conveniences, including an induction hob, 2 fridge/freezers and a drinks fridge. This open plan area has a dining table seating twelve. The lounge area has comfy seating with UK and Apple TV and a surround sound system.
Cinema room, w.c. and a laundry room with a washer/dryer.
Silva has underfloor heating, surround sound, pool heating available on the ground floor pool (additional cost), a safe, pizza oven, green egg bbq, UK and Apple TV, pool towels, wi-fi*, pool-side shower, table tennis table.

Maid service is three times per week. Bed linen is changed once per week and towels twice per week.
Widely regarded as the most exclusive destination in the Algarve, Quinta do Lago offers guests a range of villages within the resort each offering something different to the other but all luxurious and well cared for. All the villages are situated around the 3 18 hole golf courses, restaurants, shops and off course the beach and nature reserve.
Due to the extreme low density of the villages and plots a car is highly recommended (or taxi) for convenience to visit all the amenities and facilities available within Quinta do Lago.
Restaurants :: within QDL itself there are over 10 restaurants to choose from, from the lively Shack Bar to the stunning Casa do Lago to the exquisite GiGi's, from pizza out of the wood oven to freshly grilled Sardinhas there is plenty of choice, at the entrance to QDL there is QDL shopping offering more restaurants, shops and bars and directly opposite from there is the Conrad Hotel, so for guests looking to travel little there is plenty on offer.
For those looking to explore a little from QDL, then you have a huge selection of restaurants and bars in the Golden Triangle of Quinta do Lago, Vilamoura and Loule offering beaches, a marina, casino, fish and local produce markets - there is so much available within an 8 mile radius if you wish to explore ... and last but by no means least there is off course the beach and range of beach bars that offer superb food and drink and a choice of live music and fun.
