Outside

There is a delightful pool area with a gas BBQ, covered and uncovered terrace area with six sun loungers. A dining table and chairs to seat six, plus very pleasant sofa area. There is also a large perfectly maintained garden.

Inside

The spacious and comfortable open plan living and dining room lead off from the kitchen areas and entrance hall and through patio doors which lead to a very large patio and pool covered terrace.

There is cable TV with English channels. 

The utility room includes a washing and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board, plus a clothes hanger.

Bedrooms

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, opens onto the 1st floor Terrace and has an ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom two has two large single beds (shares a bathroom with bedroom three) and opens up to pool terrace.

Bedroom three has a double bed and opens up to the pool terrace. 

Kitchen

There is a beautiful modern kitchen which includes a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and is fully equipped for up to six guests.
