Outside

The secured gated driveway to the front of the property has plenty of parking space.

The covered terraces include a gas BBQ and dining area. The 16 x 6m infinity pool (which can be heated on request) is chlorine-free with a saline filter system, and has a motorized cover.

The pool bar has underwater bar stools and there is a poolside Jacuzzi. Plenty of sunbeds are available as well as two double day-beds, one with permanent shade.

The beautifully maintained garden has a gate, providing access to a pathway down to the beach.

Inside

From the main entrance, Italian vaulted doors lead to the open-plan living/dining area with a 180-degree sea view. There is also a baby grand piano and access to the covered alfresco dining areas.

The living room has a wall-mounted TV with full Sky package available, plus Blu-Ray DVD and Bose sound system. There is also a guest cloakroom next to the hallway.

The entertainment space on the lower level overlooks the pool area. There is a sitting area, with full-package Sky TV, DVD player and Bose sound system with iPod connection.

There is a fully equipped gym plus a 100" plasma TV with CD/DVD player and sound system available. Gym equipment includes a cross-trainer, two exercise bikes, Technogym multi-gym, two running machines and two rowing machines. Next to the gym is a shower room.

Facing the pool, there is the guest-house. Upstairs, the lounge area contains a bar with plasma TV, Meo (Portuguese telecom) cable channels, DVD player, Bose sound system and a covered terrace.

Bedrooms

All the bedrooms have plasma TVs and double beds, apart from one twin bedroom in the guest-house.

Adjacent to the open-plan living/dining area is a double bedroom with a walk-in dressing area and en suite bathroom with spa bath, separate shower unit and dressing area.

Four further bedrooms are on the same (lower) level as the gym - one with doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite shower room. A further bedroom has a dressing area and en suite bathroom with a unique motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button.

A third lower-floor bedroom has an en suite bathroom and doors leading directly to the poolside terrace; the fourth bedroom has a circular bed, doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite shower room.

On the ground floor of the guest-house, there are three bedrooms - one with twin beds, satellite channels and DVD player and en suite with hydro-massage shower. The remaining two bedrooms have double beds with DVD players and en suite bathrooms.

Kitchen

The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and grill facility, an American fridge/freezer, four wine coolers, a microwave, two dishwashers, gas oven, steam oven, electric oven, hot plate, grill, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker, ice-maker and Nespresso coffee machine.

There is also a utility room with three washing machines and three tumble-dryers, iron and ironing board.
