Location

This luxury 9 bedroom luxury villa for rent in the Algarve. More specifically in the western part of the Algarve, perched on the cliffs of Ferragudo, 50m away from the beach.

This villa is next to another of our villas, Villa Dolores, and the villas can be rented together for large groups.

Architectural Style

Traditional Algarvian villa.

Outside

There is a garden and a large pool (12.5mx5m) with built-in steps at the shallow end, an outside dining area that seats sixteen and a charcoal BBQ.

Inside

There is no air conditioning as the house has the benefit of the cooling winds from the sea and the Portuguese trade winds. The housekeeper adjusts the shutters to avoid direct sunlight, keeping the interior cool.

The main drawing room has a grand piano and overlooks the terrace with sea views. Double doors lead to a private chapel.

There is a formal dining room which seats eight at the main table and a further eight/ten people on two circular tables.

Plus, there is a breakfast room which is usually used for children's meals, a laundry room with two washing machines and an ironing room and also a music room with a CD player and comfortable chairs.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower/bathrooms and doors leading out to terraces. 

On the lower ground floor there is a triple children’s bedroom with narrow beds, an en suite bathroom and a seating area.

The first floor has one twin bedroom with an en-suite bath/shower room. A double bedroom with an en-suite bath/shower room and a foldaway sofa bed suitable for young children.

There also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and sitting room, leading to a further twin bedroom with doors leading out onto a terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a hob/stove.

Staff

Maid service is five days a week. From 9:30 - 16:30.

The gardener comes from 09:30 – 14:00 on weekdays and will clean the swimming pool and terraces are cleaned from 07:00 – 08:00. (Except bank holidays)
