On the lower level of the villa there is an indoor swimming pool (8mx4.5m) which has direct access to the outdoor pool. The indoor pool can be heated and is included in the cost.
There is also a table tennis and table football in this room.
There is also a gym, sauna, steam room, laundry room, living area with laser TV and a dining area.
There are six bedrooms, all en suite and with TV's.
Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. Bedroom two is a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and double sink.
The third bedroom is a twin room with an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and access to the balcony.
Bedroom four is also a twin room with a shower room, with its entrance from the hallway.
The fifth bedroom is a twin bedroom with a balcony and en suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
The sixth bedroom is the master bedroom which has walk-in wardrobes, a dressing area, en suite bathroom with two separate sinks, a bath and a walk-in shower. This room also has its own private terrace with sun loungers.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, hob/stove, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.

Encosta do Lago meaning beside the lake, is located in Avenida Ayrton Senna da Silva and is situated as the southern end of the road, very close to the main Quinta do Lago lake and the Ria Formosa.
There is a large communal pool ideal for families with a childrens paddle area, tennis courts adjacent and small gym.
Being located so close to the lake means you can walk to the Shack Bar, one of the liveliest destinations in the summer and one of the most tranquil in the shoulder seasons, from there you can see the Casa do Lago restaurant, Bovino Restaurant and the Ria Formosa, a pleasant 10mins walk in either direction and you are on the beaches of QDL or Garraõ.
