In contrast to the angles and straight lines of the building the sparkling, blue swimming pool breaks out with a beautifully formed crescent and curved steps entice you into the crystal water. On the terrace there's a dining table and barbecue for al fresco dining leading to convivial long lunches and dinners while the selection of sun loungers will lure you to languishing under the vast blue skies and golden sunshine. Sundowners in hand, there are large sofas ready for a spot of chilling! On the first floor terrace there's a further chill-out sofa area and sun loungers. A forecourt at the front of the villa allows for gated parking.  

Inside

We've already mentioned the angles and sharp lines but the squishy, comfy sofas in the living area provide a perfect indoor chilling space if you wish to catch up on your favourite TV program or gather around the fire if you're there in the winter. The sleek kitchen is bursting with gadgets ready for preparing culinary delights to serve at the chunky wooden dining table. The three bedrooms are bright and light and all have access to terraces, two of the bedrooms can be made up to twin or double bed accommodation.

The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the garage.
