Location

This luxury villa is located in Almancil, in the Golden Triangle estate. Twenty minutes from Faro Airport and five minutes from Loule and Almancil town.

Architectural Style

Modern contemporary villa.

Outside

The villa has a private lake, beach volleyball court, gardens with its own vineyard and orchards, all set in a secure gated complex of over 20,000M2.

There is also a large swimming pool (6.5 x 12), outdoor dining table, two charcoal BBQ areas and a seating area.  

Inside

The living room has a TV and leads into the dining room area and outdoor living spaces. There is also a large laundry room with a washing machine and drier.

In the annexes, there is a lounge with a TV and a kitchenette.

Bedrooms

In the main villa, the master bedroom has sea views, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. There are a further two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms.

There are two identical annexes - In each annexe, there is the master bedroom which has a double bed, sea views and a further twin bedroom which can be made up as a double.

There are two family bathrooms in each annexe and two en suite bathrooms and a family bathroom in the main villa.  

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances.
