Location

Luxury villa for rent n the centre of Albufeira. Only 5 minutes walk and you are downtown Albufeira, where you find the famous Fisherman's beach and many bars, shops and restaurants.

Albufeira offers a variety of beautiful beaches. Some are very popular and crowded, offering all tourist facilities and activities you could wish for. Others are relatively quiet and small, offering a beautiful natural setting.

Albufeira is internationally famous for its nightlife. There are two main areas where you can eat, drink and go out: the 'street of bars' in the old centre and 'The Strip' and Areias de São João in the east of Albufeira Portugal. All walking distance from the villa in Albufeira.

Architectural Style

The interiors of the villa are fresh, and decorated in a modern style.

The floors of the villa are traditional Portuguese floor tiles, which gives the villaa special look.

Outside

Through the back of the main part of the villa, you enter out onto a patio with BBQ. 

The patio of villa has stairs that leads you to the roof terrace, with spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean. There are table and chairs next to the small private pool (4x3.5), plus four sunbeds. 

Inside

The villa is divided in two parts. You enter the villa and you will see the open lounge/dining/kitchen area.

The lounge has satellite TV.

Bedrooms

On the right of the villa, there are two bedrooms. The bedroom at the front you can hear and see the sea. At the back of the villa, is a shared bathroom with shower.

The second part of the villa has two en-suite bedrooms, both with their own entrance. One has a bath, the other a shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped.

Air-conditioning, Heating, Linen and towels, Beach towels, BBQ (gas or charcoal), Gas hob, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Coffee machine, Toaster, Juicer, Microwave, TV, Satellite TV, WiFi/Internet, DVD player.

Staff

Maid service is two days per week. Towels are changed mid weekly.
